Last update 28 December 2010

Their unit-based system is complex but very powerful. Don’t be scared off by it, and feel free to ask me for help, preferably on the tbb forums rather than by email.

Not everyone realises that the estimators on their website are just that, to help you decide how many units to sign up for. Once you are there you can split the usage any way you like - it is counted in tenths of a unit at month end.

The overnight rate of 1000GB per unit is often not spotted! That is effectively unlimited.

You can also “borrow” or “carry forward” up to 1 month’s contracted units. That can be useful.
